How to speed paint Natalia.

Another few hour practice, and today i shall try to paint a friend.
This is a step by step speed painting of Natalia.

1st thing 1st.... think of a pose.
picture the pose and draw a cross in the middle.

Draw a circle behind the cross , follow by an oval shape. And then roughly estimate the shoulder and neck.
I also prepared my color pallets on the top left so that i dont have to choose the colors in the color box.

Note: I did not use eyedropper to color pick on her picture, everything done by observation.

Step 2: Sketch out the outline.... it's ok to be very rough. Important think is the proportion and structure.

Step 3: Fill in the value

Step 4: Apply light and shadow on the face. I also and strokes on her hair to keep the flow going.

Step 5: I smooth out value and refine the shapes.

Step 6: And some details on the eye, and add a bit color on her lips

Step 7: Keep on refining the colors. Also add more shadows on some areas.

Step 8: Enhance the color. Use a stronger brush with higher opacity.

Step 9: Harder strokes and darken the hair. Add stronger outline on her eyes.

Note: I actually wanted to end here, but then i scared shes gonna kill me so i decided to continue.

Step 10: Overlay to create skin tone color. I refine them again after full color.

Step 11: Make up? meh..... i just add some colors around the eye area...
I don't dare to exaggerated the colors. Also i have no idea, what her original eye color look like, so i just paint violet blue and overlay black.

So more a less done. Speed Painting Of  Natalia.... Took me around 1 to 2 hours ish.

Blink Dagger : Templar Assasin

Hellooooooooooooooo

Painting subject - Blink Dagger.

My second attempt was Naga Siren. I've gain quite a lot of views, but still i can do better.
As for my third attempt breaks into 2 parts of painting. As in 2 painting as one.

I shall start with Templar Assasin.  Ill try to post some process on it.

Here is the rough sketch and pose. Ill begin with the basic shapes and proportion.

Color up the character and fix the proportion and also adjust the perspective as well.... will continue later.
